    ONPS reserves the right to reject an applicant for any reason. ONPS encourages students to apply as early as possible to ensure a spot. In cases where ONPS receives applications in excess of capacity, ONPS will create a waitlist of applicants based on the date the complete application was received. Incomplete applications will not be considered. In waitlist situations, ONPS favors applicants who have an outstanding cumulative grade point average and supportive evaluations. ONPS does not discriminate on the basis of race, sex, sexual orientation, religion, age, marital status, national and ethnic origin, or disability.

    ACADEMIC CODE OF CONDUCT AND POLICIES

    Students are solely responsible for their own academic success, and for knowing and adhering to the policies of their home institutions, in addition to ONPS’ stated policies and those of the host institution abroad. It is also the sole responsibility of the student to obtain complete information concerning how academic work completed overseas is assessed by the home institution, and how credit is counted towards the student's degree program.

    ADD/DROP PERIOD

    Students are permitted to make changes in their course selection before July 18th, 2020 (12:00 Beijing time). Students must remain enrolled for the requisite total number of credits and/or courses (1-3 courses) for the program. No changes are permitted in registration, other than those to correct clerical errors, after the deadline. After July 18th,2020 , the student’s registration is considered final, and no course(s) may be changed or deleted from a student's ONPS Academic Record.

    PLEASE NOTE: If a student insists to withdrawal a course after July 18th and before August 9th,2020, the grade “W”(withdraw) will be shown on the transcript.

    GRADING AND PASS/FAIL

    The following table illustrates the approximate equivalency of the grading system in Minzu University of China compared to the US grading system.

    REFUND POLICY

    All the date mentioned below is based on Beijing time.

    On or before June 14th, 2020 : 100% refund - $100 application fee.

    From June 15th to July 9th ,2020 : 50% refund.

    On or After July 10th ,2020 : No refund.
